Booking via WhatsApp

When you book, you choose a service, a day and a preferred time and enter your name and, if you like, a message. Your phone then prepares a WhatsApp message to Kris, which you send yourself. These details are not sent to or stored on this website; only the chosen day and service are used to show the possible times. Kris receives your request together with your name and phone number in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies, and replies to confirm.

Visiting the website

This website does not store your booking details and sets no cookies. The hosting provider records technical access data (such as IP address, time and page) in server logs for security reasons. We use no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. Fonts are served from this website; Google Maps and WhatsApp only open when you click the link.

Who receives your data

Your appointment request goes only to Kris, via WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own terms apply. Technical access data is processed by the hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany; DigitAI Solutions runs the website technically.

Legal basis and your rights

Your details are used to arrange the appointment you ask for, under the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR. You can ask Kris for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
